1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the ITVEXO website or commissioning technology engineering services, you agree to comply with these terms, our project scope statements, and applicable Indian and international laws.
2. Intellectual Property Sovereignty
Upon receipt of milestone payments for custom development contracts, all custom software source code, Figma design assets, schemas, and proprietary architectures developed specifically for the client transfer unconditionally to the client.
3. Proprietary Products & Licensing
ITVEXO proprietary software products (such as RESTUVEXO, POSIX, ZYVO, and VexoFlow AI) remain the copyrighted intellectual property of ITVEXO Technologies, licensed to clients under customized commercial deployment or SaaS agreements.
4. Warranty & SLAs
We provide guaranteed post-launch bug warranty periods for all shipped software projects, with dedicated SLAs available under custom retainer agreements.
